Janine Horsfall is Head of Marketing for BBC Online. She leads a team of marketing and audience experts to ensure audience insight is at the heart of all digital product development and strategy, so that people will choose, use and champion the BBC today and in years to come. Janine is a passionate believer that creating brilliant digital products that meet genuine audience needs comes from true cross-discipline working.
She has over a decade of experience in Marketing, the latter seven of which have been spent in various parts of the BBC; including Children’s, Learning and Design & Engineering. Before this, she cut her teeth in the world of advertising as a Strategic Planner.
