As Global digital marketing strategist at Wolters Kluwer International Group, Ben is responsible for driving digital marketing transformation for the group, in a period of significant transformational change for the global business; as it moves from being a global publisher to a digital information solutions provider.
Ben’s key focus is to enhance the digital customer experience, to support commercial customer acquisition & retention goals. Ben has worked for a number of global brands, both on the client (BBC, News Corporation, Kaplan) and agency side (Vodafone, Unilever, Booking, Huawei), and was part of the team that produced a government first innovative content strategy concept for The Nuclear Security Summit 2013, led by Barack Obama.
Ben works with AI marketing capabilities and is currently the global content marketing lead for the Legal & Regulatory marketing & sales center of excellence. He has been put forward from within Wolters Kluwer, for a Global Innovation award for content strategy, and was also recently nominated for a Legal Week Innovation award for his work. Ben is currently writing a publication thesis on the effect of AI transformation on organizational culture in Multi-national companies.
