Monika is the Head of Customer & Digital Experience at Zurich. In this role she is responsible for the end to end customer journey and experience both online and offline for Zurich globally. Monika also leads digital innovation at Zurich. In 2015 she was part of a strategic project team for Zurich in the Silicon Valley where she spent several weeks visiting and discussing with companies such as Google, Palantir, IBM Watson and many others. Pilots such as Augmented Reality applications for risk engineers and an Artificial Intelligence project for claims.

Monika has over 20 years of experience leading digital marketing, innovation and brand engagement for large B2C brands like Unilever. In 2017 she was recognized by Forbes as one of the World’s Most Influential CMOs in 2017 and was nominated by AdAge as “Woman to Watch Europe 2017” based on notable accomplishments.
